Pros:

- You know exactly what you are getting, by choosing your own fresh and/or organic and chemical-free ingredients
- A fun activity the whole family can do together
Cons:
- The portions this produces are on the small size, but definitely more in line with what the USDA recommends in terms of a serving size. No to mention, it’s always fun to make more…and change up the flavor in the process.
- Sometimes your arms get tired from shaking for a couple of minutes, but my kids don’t mind and I consider it a great upper arm workout.
