The Turbo Roaster is extremely easy to use, and all of the settings and buttons are self-explanatory, which means there is no guesswork involved with using it. Basically all you need to do is use the glass jar and metal pipe; the jar contains the vapor technology and then the heat and moisture is drawn in by the jar, which goes into the turkey or bird, which means that it will cook from the inside out, which occurs when you put the bird inside the oven.
